Playa Hotels & Resorts opens second Wyndham Alltra in the Dominican Republic

Playa Hotels & Resorts has opened the second Wyndham Alltra in the Dominican Republic, further expanding the company’s presence in the Caribbean.

The 620-room resort includes a variety of dining options, five à la carte restaurants, a buffet, a pizzeria and a café. Moreover, there are nine bars and lounges that serve a wide range of beverages, from wines and beers to cocktails. In addition, Twisted Olive offers live entertainment, blending music with drinks, creating a lively atmosphere.

For families and leisure travelers, the resort provides several recreational amenities. These include a large free-form pool, a kids club, and a fitness center. Furthermore, the full-service spa offers various treatments designed for relaxation. This summer, the resort will unveil Splash Island Water Park, featuring a lazy river, high-speed slides, and a splash zone. Guests can also explore nearby beaches and local attractions, ensuring plenty of options for entertainment. In fact, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

The resort’s accommodations include both standard rooms and suites. Each unit features a furnished patio, a restocked minibar, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Interior design reflects Caribbean influences, with accents of pink, green, and blue, inspired by the Punta Cana landscape.
