What’s Hot: New restaurant at Setai in Miami

Trevi Luxury Hospitality Group has reconceptualized the steakhouse at The Setai, Miami Beach, after taking on the property’s management a year ago.

The Setai Grill made its debut late last year, with a menu that merges New York steakhouse-style dishes with French classics. The Setai Grill is the only restaurant in Miami to source meats from Pat La Frieda Meat Purveyors in New York, Trevi says.

The space features approximately 10 tables for an intimate ambiance, as well as a chef’s spectator kitchen counter and a wine room that can host up to 10 guests. The communal table is made of mother-of-pearl; the décor also features brickwork and warm woods.

Executive Chef Mathais Gervais and Chef de Cuisine Thomas Griese oversee the kitchen.

In addition to steak selections that include a 35-day, dry aged, Black Angus Prime 22-oz. bone-in ribeye and a 32-oz. Setai Tomahawk bone-in steak, the menu offers sides like foie gras terrine, roasted potato gratin, caviar and Florida stone crab.
