Le Bristol Paris has completed a four-year, US$196 million renovation by unveiling 29 updated guestrooms and suites.
Maja Oetker decorated the new guest accommodations.
The Royal Suite, one of the hotel’s signature suites, has undergone a US$1.7 million renovation. The 3,230-sq-ft (300-sq-m) suite is decorated in the style of a private town house from the 18th century, with Louis XV- and XVI-style furniture.

The suite’s seven rooms include two large lounges and a dining room with a parquet floor and seating for up to 12 guests. The two bedrooms have patina-covered walls with powdered gold highlights, while the two bathrooms offer twin basins, a bidet, a separate shower, and a hammam. The bathroom’s décor includes Crema Marfil marble from Alicante and blue cabochons from Savoie.
