Crestline Hotels & Resorts has been selected by Vision Realty Group, in partnership with Ashley Builders Group, to manage the Well House Hamilton, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The 54-room hotel opened in Hamilton, Ohio, in 1927 and was recently renovated and restored following a $16 million investment. It previously operated as an apartment building.

Located at 10 South Monument Avenue, The Well House Hamilton overlooks Monument Park and the Great Miami River. The hotel is near the Fitton Center for Creative Arts, Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill and 12 miles from Miami University.

The hotel’s public areas include a lobby with neutral-toned furnishings and artwork commissioned through Inspiration Studios, a nonprofit organization that supports individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Event space includes a boardroom and a meeting room called the Bourbon Room, and for culinary offerings, the hotel is home to The Lucky Well Irish Pub and Kitchen.
