Virgin Hotels Collection has appointed Paloma Martinez as vice president of operations, Americas. In this expanded role, Martinez will oversee operations across the brand’s U.S. Virgin Hotels portfolio, as well as key Virgin Limited Edition properties in the region, including Necker Island and Branson Beach Estate. She will be responsible for driving operational excellence, elevating service standards and enhancing the guest experience across the Collection’s portfolio.
Martinez brings over 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality, having led operations across 13 countries. Her career spans roles with InterContinental Hotels Group, Six Senses and Kimpton Hotels, among others. Earlier in her career, she spent 11 years with
