Trinity Investments has announced the promotion of Jake Lynch to senior vice president of strategic operations.
In this expanded role, Lynch will continue to serve as a member of Trinity’s Strategic Operations team, overseeing several assets across the firm’s global hospitality portfolio, including Hilton Atlanta, Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas, The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas and the Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka’anapali, while continue driving operating performance, executing major repositionings and advancing portfolio-wide initiatives.
“Jake’s leadership has been instrumental in supporting asset-level execution across several of our investments,” said Greg Dickhens, principal & managing partner of Trinity Investments. “His promotion underscores the role that Jake and the Strategic Operations team play in disciplined execution and long-term value creation for our investors and partners.”
Lynch brings more than 15 years of industry experience spanning asset management, investment and operational leadership. Before joining Trinity, he served as an asset manager at BRE Hotels & Resorts, Blackstone’s hospitality investment and asset management platform, where he supported full-service hotel and resort portfolios and contributed to major repositioning efforts across the continental U.S., Hawaii and Brazil, as well as driving portfolio-wide initiatives to enhance net operating income. Earlier in his career, he spent over seven years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Marriott, where he served in a series of senior operations roles.
Headquartered in Miami, Trinity is a global hospitality investment platform with a nearly 30-year track record of acquiring, repositioning and operating lodging assets in global markets.
