The Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, Ca., has appointed Hans Ritten as its new general manager.
Ritten brings over 30 years of managerial experience to his new role, including deep expertise in sales, financial management, f&b and hotel operations. He joins Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa from The HALL Park Hotel in Frisco, Texas, where he served as general manager through the hotel’s opening in 2024.
Before The HALL Park Hotel, Ritten held the position of managing director at Loews Philadelphia Hotel, where he oversaw all aspects of hotel operations from managing teams to revenue forecasting. Ritten has also served as general manager for several properties in Chicago, including Loews Chicago Hotel O’Hare, Omni Hotel Chicago and The Silversmith Hotel.
Earlier in his career, Ritten worked with Marriott International, Interestate Hotels & Resorts, the University of Missouri and the One Ocean Resort & Spa in Florida.
