BEAVER CREEK, COLORADO The Resort Company LLC, a mountain resort property management company, has acquired Western Seasons Management and its portfolio of ski resorts including The Borders Lodge in Beaver Creek, The Aspens in Beaver Creek, The Seasons Lodge in Arrowhead and a collection of private homes in both Colorado destinations.
“The Borders Lodge, The Aspens, and The Seasons Lodge at Arrowhead fit perfectly into our portfolio of one-of-a-kind vacation properties,” says Resort Company CEO Bob Milne. “We have developed a niche for providing high-end hotel style services to condominium owners and guests, which will be complemented by the premier condominiums and guest amenities at these properties.”
The Borders Lodge has 79 units and is located slope-side. The Aspens is a group of townhomes tucked into the hillside of Beaver Creek. The Seasons at Arrowhead sits at the base of Arrowhead Mountain and offers a village-to-village ski experience connecting Arrowhead through Bachelor Gulch to Beaver Creek Mountain. The Seasons at Arrowhead has 31 lodge-style rooms.
Ryan MacLachlan and Karla Kohnen will continue to serve as general managers for The Borders Lodge and The Seasons, respectively. Mike Lange, vice president of The Resort Company and general manager of The Charter at Beaver Creek, will oversee operations for the new properties.
The Resort Company will offer all owners and guests access to its in-house reservations and travel department, which provides full-service planning and all-inclusive packages with airline travel, lodging, lift tickets, transfers and rental cars.
