LAS VEGAS Wynn Resorts CEO Steve Wynn has received an annual salary increase of about US$1 million, according to a regulatory filing last month.
Wynn’s base salary is now US$4 million, up from the US$2.95 million he was scheduled to receive each of the past two years.
However, his actual annual compensation is likely much higher. From 2007 to 2009, Wynn took in more than US$28 million from his gaming company, including salary, cash bonuses and other perks, according to Las Vegas Sun. The company has not yet released its 2010 proxy statement containing employee salaries.
