Stayntouch, a global provider of cloud-based hotel property management systems (PMS), reported its strongest quarter in company history in Q1 2026, with a 75% year-over-year increase in revenue from new business and a 106% rise in new hotel rooms under contract.
New customer acquisition drove the results, primarily from independent hotel groups and management companies across the U.S. and Europe. The company also recorded a 33% increase in new hotel customers added during the quarter.
The growth is attributed to the increasing shift of hotel operators towards specialized, best-in-class technology rather than generalized all-in-one systems. According to the American Hotel and Lodging Association’s 2026 State of the Industry report, 65% of hoteliers identified operational efficiency, labor costs and long-term staff retention as key challenge areas the company says its cloud PMS is built to address.
Among Q1 highlights, Stayntouch launched an AI-powered guest messaging tool that the company says helps hotel teams save 375 hours a month while improving service speed and personalization.
“We’ve always believed in showing up for hoteliers with technology and a partnership they can truly count on,” said Jacob Messina, CEO of Stayntouch. “Our platform is built to perform, and our integrations give hoteliers the flexibility to simplify day-to-day operations, ease the load on their teams, and build a tech stack that works for them without locking them in. That approach helped us kick off 2026 with our strongest quarter ever, and we’re more committed than ever to continuing to build a platform that gives hoteliers more control, greater efficiency, and the flexibility they need to succeed.”
The company said the Q1 results position it for continued investment and platform development through the remainder of 2026.
