A fund affiliated with Starwood Capital Group announced on Thursday that it acquired hotel owner and operator Four Pillars Hotels, Witney, England, for an undisclosed sum.
The transaction includes a portfolio of five owned and leased hotels and one managed hotel in Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas, comprising 863 rooms.
The hotels include:
- the 174-room Oxford Spires, located in Oxford
- the 328-room Cotswold Water Park, located in South Cerney
- the 190-room Tortworth Court, located in Wotton-under-Edge
- the 84-room Oxford Thames, located in Sandford-on-Thames
- the 87-room Oxford Witney, located in Witney
- the 66-room Oxford Abingdon, located in Abingdon-On-Thames
