Hilton opens Starlite Yellowstone near park entrance

Starlite Yellowstone, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, has opened in downtown West Yellowstone, minutes from the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Developed by East Avenue Development LLC and managed by Vista Host, the 133-room hotel was designed to reflect the surrounding landscape’s beauty, history and character.

“National parks move people. They invite us to slow down, be curious, and take in something bigger than ourselves,” said Justin Mabey, co-founder and partner of East Avenue Development. “Our team has a deep love for building in destinations like this because they have the power to change you. With Starlite Yellowstone, we wanted to create a stay experience that reflects that same energy. Every texture, every space, every moment here was designed to honor this incredible place.”

Located at 301 Madison Avenue, the hotel is within walking distance of local outfitters, shops and the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center. Yellowstone National Park’s entrance is nearby, and attractions such as Virginia City provide insight into Montana’s frontier history.

The property’s signature restaurant, HB on Madison, serves a seasonal, chef-curated breakfast made from scratch. Guests can also dine there in the evening, with a menu influenced by bold flavors, Native American heritage and modern elements. Amenities include an indoor pool with a 100-foot water slide and a family game room.

Guest rooms feature natural materials, layered textures and in-room technology. Hilton’s Connected Room allows streaming, lighting adjustments and personalization from a mobile device. Digital Key provides contactless entry, and Hilton Honors benefits are available to members.

The physical features of Starlite Yellowstone hotel provide traveler convenience and comfort while accentuating the beauty and nature affiliated with the Yellowstone Park area”, said Evan Studer, CEO of Vista Host. “It captures the feeling of the Yellowstone area experience and carries it through every part of the stay. Starlite Yellowstone is a testament to the boldness of the West, the magic of Yellowstone, and the people who come here in search of something unforgettable.”

The hotel’s location and design aim to connect guests with the park’s environment and local culture. It serves visitors seeking early-morning hikes, family activities and an extended sense of Yellowstone’s atmosphere after the day’s activities.
