The St. Regis Singapore has completed a multi-phase renovation that reconfigures its guestrooms, suites, dining venues, bar and event spaces.
The renovation was led by design studio FBEYE International and draws visual references from the Singapore Botanic Gardens, located near the hotel. Across the property’s 299 guestrooms and suites, redesigned interiors incorporate botanical green and light blue tones, natural textures and floral motifs. Bespoke furnishings such as crystal-cut glass lamps are used throughout. Sustainability measures include motion-activated LED lighting and potable water taps in each room.
“This marks a new era for The St. Regis Singapore – one that continues to honour our brand’s legacy while embracing modern sophistication,” said Nick Heath, General Manager. “From our reimagined guest rooms and celebrated culinary destinations to our redesigned event spaces, every element has been thoughtfully curated to reinvigorate the brand’s spirit of innovation while upholding its timeless rituals and legendary bespoke butler service.”
The renovation introduces three new dining and beverage venues: Sophia, The St. Regis Bar and The Tea Room. Sophia is an Italian restaurant led by Chef de Cuisine Angelo Sergio, presenting dishes drawn from 11 regions of Italy. Menu items include Tagliatelle Atavi e Porcini, Bistecca alla Fiorentina and a tiramisu recipe linked to Executive Chef Fabio Granata’s family. The restaurant also offers an Italian wine selection and cocktails. Weekend programming includes Sunday brunch with live jazz music.

The St. Regis Bar adopts a concept inspired by early 20th-century Manhattan. Its Time After Time cocktail menu, created by Head Bartender Kelvin Saquilayan, references five decades through themes connected to New York and Singapore. The interior uses brass, marble and wood materials, with a birdcage-inspired back bar as a focal point.
The Tea Room is located in the hotel lobby and reinterprets the St. Regis Afternoon Tea tradition. Design elements reflect the Singapore Botanic Gardens through mirrored panels and floral colors. Afternoon Tea service includes tableside tea preparation and a scone trolley. An adjacent patisserie offers takeaways such as viennoiseries, cakes, coffee and tea.
Event facilities were also updated as part of the renovation. The John Jacob Ballroom features a pillarless 7,638-square-foot layout with skylights, LED walls, intelligent lighting systems and updated sound technology. Five refurbished meeting rooms on level one accommodate smaller events.
The renovation follows earlier updates to the St. Regis Spa and Yan Ting restaurant completed in early 2024, as well as the Caroline’s Mansion event space launched in 2019.
