Ennismore will open SO/ Ras Al Khaimah in November 2025—the brand’s first all-inclusive resort outside Europe and Ennismore’s first lifestyle hotel in the Emirate capital.
Located along the emirate’s coastline, the resort will include 257 rooms and suites across seven categories, all offering sea views. The property’s design draws from the surrounding landscape with colors inspired by local nature and materials such as walnut wood, sandstone, and bronze metal details.
Dining will feature five concepts curated by Ennismore’s Global F&B Platform. The Market will serve casual meals from breakfast to dinner. Chiano will offer Mediterranean cuisine, Hadaba will feature Levantine dishes, and Floating World will focus on Japanese and Pan-Asian fare. Savant, a cocktail bar on the 10th floor, will provide live entertainment. Two pool bars, Cabini and Bungalow—the latter for adults only—will complement an independent beach club. The resort will also include event spaces with a hall for up to 345 guests, a pre-function area, and four breakout and workshop rooms.
The property will include a spa and wellness area with treatment rooms, a sauna, a cold-water pool, and a gym offering complimentary classes. Guests can also access several nearby golf courses within 11 kilometers.
Positioned at the entrance of Al Marjan Island, SO/ Ras Al Khaimah will be part of new developments that include luxury resorts, dining, retail, and entertainment venues such as the island’s first casino. Visitors will have access to outdoor activities including dune walks, horse riding, and kayaking. According to the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA), in 2024 the emirate welcomed 1.28 million overnight visitors, a 12% increase in tourism revenue as it targets 3.5 million annual visitors by 2030.
Ras Al Khaimah has seen growth in the all-inclusive market with the success of Rixos Bab Al Bahr and the opening of Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah. Both resorts have established the emirate as a hub for lifestyle all-inclusive travel.
Ennismore’s all-inclusive portfolio continues to expand globally, with more than 60 resorts open or in development representing over 25,000 rooms. Recent openings include Rixos Tersane Istanbul, Rixos Obhur Jeddah, SLS Playa Mujeres, and Hyde Bodrum. The pipeline includes new resorts in Mexico, Egypt, Dubai, and Vietnam.
SO/ Ras Al Khaimah will join Ennismore’s ALL Inclusive Collection, a digital platform featuring resorts from brands such as Rixos, SO/, Hyde, SLS, and Swissôtel. The collection is based on Rixos’ “all-inclusive, all-exclusive” philosophy, which includes dining, drinks, activities, and entertainment in each stay.
“Ras Al Khaimah is one of the most exciting and fastest-growing luxury destinations in the region, making it the perfect location to debut the first SO/ all-inclusive resort in the Middle East. Building on the success of Rixos through the ALL Inclusive Collection, we’re delighted to welcome the first lifestyle all-inclusive resort to the emirate. SO/ Ras Al Khaimah will be unique and will offer a timeless, intimate take on the art of escape, where bold design, exceptional food and beverage and creativity come together in a seamless, immersive experience for guests with a wide range of amenities,” said Cenk Unverdi, COO of Rixos & All-Inclusive Collection – GCC, Central Asia & Europe for Ennismore.
