IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of George Vlachopoulos as general manager for Six Senses La Sagesse, the first Six Senses’ North American property located in Grenada in the Caribbean.Â
Vlachopoulos has extensive experience in leading hotels, resorts and villas across the Caribbean, Europe and Southeast Asia. Most recently, he served as general manager of Park Hyatt St. Kitts.

Before his tenure at Park Hyatt St. Kitts, Vlachopoulos was managing director at Malliouhana Resort and Spa in Anguilla and a multi-property general manager for Auberge Resorts Collection. His career has also included general manager positions at Radisson Blu Park and Aqua Blu Boutique Hotel + Spa in Greece, leadership roles at Phulay Bay, Thailand (A Ritz-Carlton Reserve), Nihi Sumba Island, Indonesia and more.
