Six Senses has announced the appointment of André Buldini as cluster general manager for Six Senses Milan and Six Senses Rome, bringing more than two decades of international luxury hospitality experience to the brand’s growing Italian portfolio.
Buldini worked in Marrakech, Casablanca and London before joining Six Senses in 2020. He has led hotel openings across the Six Senses and Four Seasons portfolios, most recently at the helm of Six Senses Douro Valley in Portugal.
“I’m deeply honored to continue this exciting Italian journey with Six Senses, now leading both our Rome and Milan properties,” said Buldini. “As the brand’s first urban hotel, Six Senses Rome marks a true milestone — a place where timeless history and conscious hospitality come together. Set within a beautifully restored palazzo, the property perfectly reflects our commitment to sustainability, wellness, and cultural authenticity. Stepping into this new role is both an inspiring professional challenge and a wonderful opportunity to deepen our connection with the Eternal City.”
Opening in late 2026, Six Senses Milan will be located on Via Brera, facing the Pinacoteca and close to the Duomo. Bringing the brand’s signature wellness-driven approach, the hotel will offer 69 rooms and suites, a sky-high bar with panoramic views, a specialty restaurant and a Six Senses Spa.
