Signia by Hilton, part of Hilton’s portfolio of hotels in major cities and resort destinations, is set to double its portfolio by 2028. Following its international debut with Signia by Hilton Amman earlier this year, the brand has announced new signings in Tainan, Jaipur and Cairo, along with expansions in San Antonio, Hollywood, Indianapolis and Savannah. Since 2021, the brand’s total room count has nearly tripled.
“This is a transformative time for Signia by Hilton as we expand and infuse our sophisticated and luxurious experiences into stays in new markets around the world,” said Meghan Fitzgerald, brand leader, Signia by Hilton. “From our international launch in Amman to projects underway in dynamic cities globally, we are elevating every stay through personalized service, vibrant atmospheres and world-class meetings and events. Each property will bring the brand’s vision to life, creating inspiring spaces where guests can connect, recharge and thrive.”
In January 2025, Signia by Hilton Amman opened as the brand’s first property outside the United States. Located in the Shmeisani district, it features 272 guest rooms and suites, an entertainment center, wellness facilities and 54,000 square feet of meeting space.
Signia by Hilton Tainan, expected to open in July 2026, will be the first property in Asia Pacific. The 344-room hotel will include more than 19,000 square feet of meeting space, dining venues and Club Signia.
In India, Signia by Hilton Jaipur is scheduled to open in 2028. The hotel will include 216 rooms, over 24,000 square feet of event space, Club Signia, multiple dining venues, a spa, pools and a kids’ club.
In Egypt, the brand will debut with Signia by Hilton Cairo Skywalk and Signia by Hilton Residences Cairo Skywalk. The hotel will offer 200 rooms, several dining venues, fitness and spa facilities and more than 50,000 square feet of meeting space. The residences will include 200 one- and two-bedroom apartments with access to hotel amenities.
In the United States, Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio recently opened, marking Hilton’s 9,000th hotel. Additional projects include Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida, set to reopen under the brand in 2026 following renovations, and Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, expected to open in fall 2026. The Indianapolis property will include nearly 100,000 square feet of meeting space and direct access to the convention center and Lucas Oil Stadium.
Hilton also broke ground on Signia by Hilton Savannah, a 444-room hotel expected to open in mid-2028. The property will serve as the headquarters hotel for the Savannah Convention Center and include more than 34,000 square feet of meeting space and Club Signia.
Signia by Hilton continues its expansion with a focus on design, dining and wellness offerings, along with large-scale meeting and event spaces across international and U.S. markets.
