A $5-million renovation has been completed at Aloft Tampa Downtown bringing redesigned guestrooms updated public areas and refreshed social spaces to the downtown property.
Newbond Holdings and HEI Hotels & Resorts announced the completion of the renovation led by Studio 11 Design. The project introduced updates across the hotel including redesigned guestrooms modernized amenities and reimagined shared areas.
Located in downtown Tampa the property reflects the city’s growing role as a destination for business and leisure travel. Guestrooms now feature updated furnishings and enhanced technology designed to provide a more functional and comfortable environment for travelers.

The updates allow us to better serve our guests while elevating every aspect of their stay.”
Public areas were redesigned to create more open and social environments aligned with the Aloft brand’s lifestyle concept. These spaces provide areas where guests can work relax or connect.

The renovation also updated gathering areas used for meetings group travel and social events including improvements to Re the hotel’s grab-and-go cafe.
Community-focused programming continues at WXYZ Bar which offers cocktails signature food and local entertainment. The hotel also hosts weekly activations including music and art from local performers.
Aloft Tampa Downtown remains located near Tampa’s Riverwalk Benchmark Arena and the Tampa Convention Center along with downtown dining nightlife and cultural destinations.
