Premier Hotels launches online loyalty account management

KIEV Members of Premier Club, the loyalty program of Ukraine hotel company Premier International Ltd., can now access their accounts online. Additionally, Premier Club now serves the company’s midscale Accord Hotels brand along with its flagship Premier Hotels brand.

Premier Club members can now entirely manage their loyalty accounts online, with the ability them update their preferences and check their accrued bonuses at any time and from anywhere. Via its new online member portal, Premier International offers stay-aware content and self-service options for in-house guests and frequent customers, enabling them to redeem award points, purchase gift certificates and request room upgrades. On the back end, the company can view valuable guest information like stay preferences, service requests and survey results, triggering pre-defined task assignments and workflow rules.

Premier International uses a customizable back-end loyalty management system from Cloud-based CRM vendor Libra OnDemand to incorporate options for earning and spending bonuses. Premier Club lets guests receive discounts on accommodations or at participating hotel bars and restaurants, with bonuses able to be redeemed for free stays, other hotel services or airline miles. Exclusive benefits available to members include free room upgrades, late checkout and express check-in.
