Preferred Hotels and Resorts has expanded its portfolio and has added 14 new member properties to its global portfolio.
Added between April 1 and June 30, these new additions include over five new openings.
Ranging from a new, design-centric boutique in São Paulo to an urban retreat in London’s financial district, each independent luxury hotel offers authentic and personalized experiences.
Some of the new member properties include:
- The Hotel Maria in Helsinki, Finland — Legend Collection: The luxury hotel is scheduled to open in December in the residential area of Kruununhaka. The hotel consists of four buildings built between 1885 and 1930. The hotel features 117 rooms and 38 suites, a wellness club with a separate spa and a deluxe fitness center. The hotel includes two restaurants and a bar.
- Pulso Hotel in Sao Paulo, Brazil — L.V.X. Collection: Expected to open in September in the city’s financial district, the hotel features 57 rooms and suites offering city views. Amenities include a Parisian-Brazilian fusion restaurant, a spa, a heated pool, a wellness center and a gym.
- Hotel Saint in London — Lifestyle Collection: Located in London’s financial district, the hotel is close to the Tower of London, St. Paul’s Cathedral and other landmarks. The hotel consists of 267 rooms and suites, many offering skyline views. Onsite amenities include a rooftop bar on the 14th floor, a gym and a restaurant.
- Wynn Palace Cotai in Macau — Legend Collection: The 28-story luxury hotel boasts 1,706 rooms, suites and villas. Famed for its floral sculptures and rare art pieces, the hotel includes five signature restaurants, nine casual restaurants, a bar, meeting and convention spaces, a spa and a luxury retail area.
- EPIC SANA Marquês Hotel in Lisbon — L.V.X. Collection: Located next to Marquês de Pombal Square, the hotel offers 341 rooms, 37 suites and a presidential suite with views of the city. The hotel features three restaurants, two bars, a bakery, a 7,534-square-foot spa and a lounge.

All the newly added member hotels participate in the I Prefer Hotel Rewards, the brand’s points-based loyalty program with more than 4.5 million enrolled members.
Currently, the Newport Beach, Calif.-based Preferred Hotels represents over 650 hotels, resorts, residences and hotel groups under five global brands in 80 countries.
