PM Hotel Group announced the transition of Hotel Arboretum to City Express by Marriott Washington D.C. Northeast. The property is owned by Rocks Hospitality. The repositioning introduces the City Express by Marriott flag to Northeast Washington D.C.
The hotel is close to Capitol Hill and Union Station with a bulk of business from government contracts and group.

As part of the transition, the hotel is undergoing updates to guestrooms and public spaces including refreshed design updated furnishings and streamlined functionality. The property will offer complimentary breakfast and integration into the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
The addition of City Express by Marriott Washington D.C. Northeast expands PM Hotel Group’s presence in the Washington D.C. region. It has a portfolio of more than 80 hotels nationwide including properties under its lifestyle division Modus by PM Hotel Group.
