RESOLUTE ROAD’S NEW SENIOR APPOINTMENT
Resolute Road Hospitality, a third-party management company, has appointed Andrea Pace-Mickley as senior corporate revenue manager. In her new role, Pace-Mickley will lead the company’s revenue and commercial strategy, overseeing all revenue management, pricing, analytics, forecasting and channel distribution initiatives.
Pace-Mickley brings 25 years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry. Pace-Mickley has held regional and corporate positions overseeing portfolios with hotels under the Marriott, Hilton, La Quinta and WoodSpring Suites brands, as well as various independent hotels and economy extended-stay hotels.

Tobias Arff has been appointed general manager of Autograph Collection’s The Alexandrian and sister property Morrison House in Old Town Alexandria, Va.
Arff arrived at The Alexandrian and Morrison House from Hotel Madera, a Pivot Hotels & Resorts property in Washington, DC, where he spent the past three years. Arff has held various management positions, including at the Five-Star/Five-Diamond Park Hotel Bremen, the Independent Hay Adams Hotel and The Ritz-Carlton, all in Washington, DC. He also served as the general manager of Lorien Hotel & Spa, assistant general manager of Monaco Alexandria and front office manager of Hotel Palomar, all Kimpton hotels.
Montage Laguna Beach has announced the appointment of Armando Campos as its new hotel manager. Campos arrived at Montage Laguna Beach from Fontainebleau Miami Beach in the heart of Millionaire’s Row, where he spent over a year as senior vice president of hotel operations. Previously, Campos held senior management roles across the U.S., including director of food and beverage operations at Pendry San Diego, Loews Miami Beach Hotel and Hilton Buena Vista Palace Hotel in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
Auberge Resorts Collection has appointed Justin Robbins as general manager of Goldener Hirsch, Auberge Resorts Collection, the collection’s Austrian ski chalet-inspired mountain retreat in Deer Valley, Ut.
Robbins began his hospitality career as concierge manager at the Venetian and Palazzo Resort in Las Vegas and then as guest services manager at Green Valley Ranch and Resort. Over the following decade, he worked with Accor Hotels and The Ranch at Rock Creek, where he was directly responsible for all operational components of the Relais & Châteaux Ranch. Most recently, he served as area general manager at Columbia Hospitality’s Sage Lodge.
