NEW ADDITIONS TO MARRIOT IRVINE SPECTRUM’S LEADERSHIP TEAM
Marriott Irvine Spectrum has appointed Che Sutton general manager, Nelson Sanchez executive chef and Charline Bianchi director of room operations.
Sutton brings more than two decades of hospitality experience to his role at Marriott Irvine Spectrum and has held various positions across the Marriott brand portfolio, including Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains in Arizona, the Los Angeles Airport Marriott and Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach in California. Sanchez was previously executive sous chef at the hotel and brings more than a decade of culinary experience, including Heirloom Farmhouse Kitchen and Hive & Honey Rooftop Bar. Bianchi brings previous luxury hospitality experience in the UK and Canada, including The Westin Ottawa and Hotel Le Germain Toronto.
TWO NEW VPs OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AT RESOLUTE ROAD
Resolute Road Hospitality, a third-party management company, recently revealed the addition of two key positions to its development team: Richard T. Sprecher and Kevin J. O’Neil will join the organization as vice presidents of business development. They will be in charge of expanding Resolute Road Hospitality’s presence across North America and developing new client relationships.
O’Neil joins the team with over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry; most recently, he served as Franchise Development Manager for the Rhino 7 Franchise Sales Organization, while Sprecher most recently served as vice president of development for Meyer Jabara Hotels and vice president of Business Development for Aimbridge Hospitality.

MORE NEW APPOINTMENTS
Terence Feury has been named executive chef at Ocean House, a Relais & Chateâux resort in Watch Hill, Rhode Island. In his new role, Chef Feury will oversee the entire culinary operation of the resort, including two year-round restaurants, five seasonal outlets, banquet and event operations and the Center for Culinary Arts.
David Makarsky has been appointed managing director of Camelback Resort, a year-round resort in the Pocono Mountains managed by KSL Resorts. In his new position, Makarsky assumes full management of the resort’s 560-acre property.
1 Hotels Nashville has announced the appointment of Onal Kucuk as general manager. Kucuk will spearhead all operations and strategic goals for the property and be in charge of the property’s 178 guest rooms, 37 suites, 1 Kitchen Nashville, Harriet’s Rooftop, Neighbors Café and Bamford Wellness Spa.
