Michael Lindenbaum is chief operating officer of Dream Hotel Group, a promotion from his previous role as executive vice president, hotel development and operations. Lindenbaum, who has been with the company for nine years, will oversee the operations of the group’s owned and managed hotels worldwide, including its Dream Hotels, Time Hotels and Unscripted Hotel brands.

Joy Tomita Anderson is director of sales and marketing at Prince Waikiki in Honolulu. Anderson brings more than 20 years of Honolulu hospitality experience to the property, most recently as director of sales and marketing at Honolulu’s Queen Kapi’olani Hotel, where she led the property’s rebranding and repositioning.
Louisville, Kentucky-based 21c Museum Hotels appointed Michelle Bearman senior director of corporate sales. Prior to joining the company, Bearman was global director of sales for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where she managed a portfolio of global corporate and travel management accounts on behalf of 800 hotels.
Singapore-based Como Hotels and Resorts appointed Elisa Chacon senior global director of sales for the Americas. Chacon recently was the regional director of sales for Jumby Bay Island Resort, Antigua & Barbuda, part of the Oetker Collection.
Akaryn Hotel Group in Thailand appointed Eugene Chew vice president of development and operations. Chew most recently worked for Wine Collection in Thailand, initially as operations manager and later as country director of operations.
Wymara Resort & Villas in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, named Jorge Collazo director of sales and marketing. Collazo, who worked at the hotel from 2012 to 2014, returns after spending time in Miami, most recently as part of the opening team at the Silversands Grenada.
David Ecija is general manager of Hilton West Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, Florida. Ecija joined from the Hilton Sao Paulo Morumbi in Sao Paulo, Brazil. During his tenure there, he was named 2018 Hilton General Manager of the Year, Americas Region.
The Grand Summit Hotel in Summit, New Jersey, appointed Camille Rochille-Shea Grant rooms division manager, a new role that oversees the front office, housekeeping and maintenance departments. She had been front office manager at Watt Hotel Rahway in Rahway, New Jersey.
Sorrel River Ranch Resort & Spa in Moab, Utah, appointed Amanda Hill spa director. Hill, a licensed massage therapist, developed her own Aveda spa and beauty boutique, The Spa Room, near Wisconsin’s Horicon Marsh.
Lee Hillson returned to T. Cook’s at Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix as executive chef. Hillson, who originally joined the restaurant in 2000 and spent 12 years there, more recently worked at Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix, and at The Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Jumeirah Group made a number of executive appointments: Rajesh Jhingon is regional vice president for Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts; Fergus Stewart is regional vice president, Europe; Amit Majumder is regional vice president, boutique resorts for Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts; Abhijith Ghosh is general manager at Jumeirah Vittaveli, Maldives; Mahmoud Sakr is managing director of Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel and Royal Residences, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; and Jason Harding is managing director of Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Wild Wadi Waterpark, also in Dubai.
Oxford Hotels & Resorts promoted George Jordan to president from his previous role as executive vice president at the company. In his new role, he oversees a portfolio of hotels and resorts across the United States and is also responsible for the operations, human resources, legal, revenue management and property finance teams.
Le Méridien New York, Central Park in New York City appointed Shahram Khan general manager, and Mirian Ortega director of sales. Khan comes to New York City from Boston, where he was general manager of Le Méridien Boston Cambridge. Ortega was part of the opening team for the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square South, also in New York City.
Hotel Erwin in Venice Beach, California, named Jason Kushel general manager of its High Rooftop Lounge. For the past three years, Kushel has been general manager for Makai Restaurant in Santa Monica, California.
The Pembroke at The Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C., welcomed Harper McClure as executive chef. McClure’s previous Washington, D.C., appointments include chef de cuisine at Le Diplomate, executive chef at Brothers and Sisters at The Line Hotel, and more.
Yoo Worldwide expanded in Southeast Asia by appointing Krongsak Paramacharoenroj associate director of business development, Southeast Asia, and Praree Kittidumkerng senior graphic designer, Asia Pacific. Paramacharoenroj formerly worked for real estate and hospitality consultancy, C9 Hotelworks. Kittidumkerng has worked for clients in the United States, Korea and Thailand, including Apple in Silicon Valley.
The Fontaine, A Kansas City Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri, appointed Jules van Dongen director of outlets. Van Dongen most recently worked at Hilton President Hotel in Kansas City, where he was general manager of outlets.
The Kimpton Goodland in Goleta, California, named Sylvie Monsivais director of sales and marketing. She had been director of sales and marketing at the Harbor View Inn in Santa Barbara, California.
Benchmark named Chad Moon senior director of total rewards and HRIS. Moon had been senior vice president, total rewards and HRIS for Two Roads Hospitality in Denver.
Rob Morgan is general manager of The Seaview, a Dolce Hotel in Galloway, New Jersey. Morgan, who has more than 30 years’ experience, previously was senior vice president of transitions and operations strategy for Davidson Hotels & Resorts.
The Hotel Zags Portland appointed Felicia Rahm director of sales and marketing. Rahm previously held roles including director of group sales at The Heathman Hotel in Portland and corporate sales manager at Red Lion Hotel on the River in Jantzen Beach, Oregon.
Roy Schindele is executive director of sales and marketing for Mission Inn Resort & Club, Howey-In-The-Hills, Florida. Schindele spent 14 years as executive director of sales and marketing for Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge in Orlando, Florida.
François-Xavier Schoeffer is general manager of Hotel Lutetia in Paris, following six years as hotel manager of Hotel Café Royal in London, England.
OLS Hotels & Resorts appointed Gary Stringham vice president of revenue management and distribution. Prior to joining the company, Stringham worked for organizations including Joie De Vivre Hotels, Noble House Hotels & Resorts and Two Roads Hospitality.

Fontainebleau Development named Bruce Weiner chief operating officer of residential development. Weiner has 40 years of international real estate experience.
El Cortez Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas promoted Adam Wiesberg from assistant general manager to general manager.
Rosewood London welcomed Simon Young as executive chef at Rosewood London in London, England. Young has more than 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, most recently as executive chef at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, also in London, where he oversaw the culinary division.
The Harbor Club, a Hilton Curio Collection hotel in Rodney Bay, St. Lucia, appointed Johann Friedrich Zwahlen executive chef and Maxine Jemison director of sales and marketing. Zwahlen has led culinary teams at properties including the Carillon Miami Beach Wellness Resort in Miami Beach, Florida, and the Amangalla Resort in Galle, Sri Lanka. Jemison, who has extensive sales experience, joined the team from Eden Roc and Nobu in Miami.
