DORCHESTER COLLECTION NAMES CEO
Dorchester Collection has announced the appointment of Philippe Leboeuf as its new CEO, effective June 2025. Leboeuf most recently served as managing director of Raffles London, and some of his other leadership positions include regional vice president of operations at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, vice president of operations at Rosewood and general manager at Claridge’s.
“As Dorchester Collection hotels create the history of their destinations and share a unique bond that unites them, I am excited to advance the company’s legacy and heritage to the next chapter,” he said.
FOUR SEASONS ORLANDO’S PROMOTIONS
Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort has announced two promotions in its commercial division team.
Nick Anderson was promoted to commercial director after serving as director of sales for the resort since 2018. Before his time with Four Seasons Resort Orlando, Anderson spent four years at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort as director of group sales. Before moving to Florida, Anderson served as a senior sales manager for The Cosmopolitan since pre-opening and held other sales manager roles with the Wynn and Encore resorts in Las Vegas.
Jessica Sibley has been promoted to director of sales. Her journey with the resort started in 2014 as catering manager and continued as group sales manager in 2019 and assistant director of sales since 2022.
STONEBRIDGE’S NEW EXEC APPOINTMENT
Stonebridge has appointed David Wahba as vice president of sales – luxury, lifestyle and resort. Wahba brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry to his new role, having worked in a wide range of markets and properties, including luxury, large convention, city center, resort, Caribbean and global sales. Before this role, he held senior leadership positions in luxury, lifestyle and resort properties, including Waldorf Astoria Orlando, Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, Wyndham Hotel Group, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, Westin Peachtree Atlanta, Westin Beach Resort Ft. Lauderdale, The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes and Westin Resort, Aruba.

Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels has appointed Nicolas Kipper as its new managing director. With over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, spanning from the Americas to central and southeastern Europe, Nicolas brings a wealth of experience to Corinthia Brussels.
A French national, Kipper began his career with Hyatt International as director of food and beverage. He then joined Marriott International where he took on key leadership roles, including his position as general manager of The Ritz-Carlton Budapest, Hungary, and later as general manager of The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul, Turkey. Most recently, he served as general manager of Fairmont Quasar Istanbul.
Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, a luxury resort in the Alpine foothills in Eastern Switzerland, has welcomed Simon Spiller as its new general manager. Spiller has over 25 years of expertise in luxury hospitality, having worked in hotel operations, strategic management and high-end guest experiences. His global experience includes roles at Four Seasons hotels in New York, Berlin, Austin, Vancouver and Dubai. He has also held leadership positions at the Fairmont in Cairo and The Chedi Club Tanah Gajah in Bali. Most recently, he served as general manager at Hotel Eden Roc, Ascona, in Switzerland.
