Remington Hotels has named Chef Ted Peters as the new vice president of culinary, overseeing all culinary teams of the hotel management company’s luxury division. He previously served in a dual role as culinary director of the Luxury Division and executive chef at Azurea at One Ocean Resort & Spa in Atlantic Beach, Florida.

Sonesta Resorts St. Maarten has appointed Alexander Kantner as the new general manager of the adults-only Sonesta Great Bay Beach Resort, Casino & Spa. The current GM, Karl Bourne, is moving over to the team at the Sonesta Maho Beach Resort & Casino and adults-only Sonesta Ocean Point Resort, overseeing both properties, supporting the current GM Carlo Zambrini.
