Pendry Hotels & Resorts will make its international debut with the redevelopment of Port Ferdinand Luxury Marina & Residences as a luxury resort and residences in Barbados. Located in the Beach and Yacht Club of Port Ferdinand, Pendry Barbados and Pendry Residences Barbados will be Pendry’s first property outside of the U.S.
The property is expected to open in 2026.
The resort will comprise 74 ocean-facing rooms and suites, while Pendry Residences will feature 46 private units. Pendry Barbados guests and residence owners will have exclusive access to resort amenities, which include a 111-berth marina, several dining venues, a spa with seven treatment rooms, a fitness center, indoor and outdoor meeting spaces and recreation and family-centric offerings.
Dining venues at the property include a destination restaurant, beach club bar and grille, rum bar, lobby lounge and a pool bar.

Pendry will co-develop the luxury beachfront property with architect Robert Glazier and a private investment and development firm based in the U.S.
The resort will offer private membership to an exclusive marina club in Port Ferdinand, which includes a range of yacht berth sizes. Special amenities include dockside boat storage and dedicated individual vessel services to offer a memorable boating experience with personalized access to onboard provisioning, housekeeping, dining and assistance with family excursion planning.
