Pendry Residences Mexico City has launched residential sales for a limited collection of 20 fully furnished and serviced residences in the Roma Norte district. The residences are part of the Pendry Mexico City hotel and are scheduled to open in 2027.
The project includes one- to three-bedroom residences ranging in size from approximately 860 square feet to approximately 2,300 square feet. Each unit will include private terraces, custom stonework, natural finishes and contemporary furnishings. The residences were designed in collaboration with Central de Arquitectura and IZ Arquitectos with interiors by AVROKO.

The residences are located in the Roma Norte neighborhood within the Pendry Mexico City hotel. Owners will have access to hotel amenities including a rooftop pool, Spa Pendry and multiple dining outlets. Residential amenities will include a private Residences Lounge with a dedicated entry and concierge services. Additional services include a residential liaison staff, on-site security, valet and property management.
Pendry Residences Mexico City is part of a broader portfolio of Pendry residential properties located in Barbados, Nashville, Tenn., Natirar, N.J., Park City, Utah, Punta Mita, Mexico and Tampa, Fla.
