Vienna International Hotelmanagement adds one hotel, drops another: Vienna International Hotelmanagement (VI) has acquired the Arcadia Hotel Coburg, Germany, from the German hotel group Arcadia. VI is also assuming management of the hotel, which will remain under the Arcadia brand. Meanwhile, VI terminated its management contract for the Hotel Palace Praha by mutual agreement with the hotel’s ownership.
Affinia Hotels launches complimentary wine hour: The boutique hotel collection owned and operated by Denihan Hospitality Group has debuted the free wine hour at four of its New York City hotels, with plans to add it at Affinia Gardens in New York City and The Liaison Capitol Hill, an Affinia Hotel in Washington, D.C., later this year.

Bolour, Provenance plan hotel in Hermosa Beach: Bolour Associates and Provenance Hotels have jointly acquired beachfront property in Hermosa Beach, California, and plan to develop a 104-room luxury hotel on the site. Bolour Associates, Beverly Hills, California, will serve as developer for the project, and Provenance Hotels, Portland, Oregon, will operate the hotel. The property is expected to open in 2016.
