Tokyo trade: CBRE Hotels is reporting that the 703-room Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel Club Resort, one of Tokyo Disney Resort’s official hotels, has been sold to Hulic Corp. for reportedly more than US$300 million by an undisclosed seller who bought the debt on the hotel about a year ago.
New Park Inn manager: Chandler Hotel Group, a Scottsdale, Arizona-based third-party management company, has been named to manage the 244-room Park Inn by Radisson Dallas-Love Field, on behalf of a private international owner.
Kempinksi in the Congo: As of August 1, Kempinski took over management of the Kempinski Hotel Fleuve Congo on behalf of the owner, Fleuve Congo Hotel SPLR. The two firms signed an 11-year management agreement in Geneva in January.
