Flight Centre Travel to acquire Bespoke: Thailand-based hotel management company Bespoke Hospitality Management agreed to be acquired by Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG). The purchase price was not named. FLT is a travel agency; Bespoke’s brands include X2, X2 Vibe and Away.

Avani in Mauritius: Minor Hotels’ Avani Hotels & Resorts is developing its first hotel in Mauritius, along the island’s south coast. The 150-room Avani Bel-Ombre Mauritius Resort & Spa hotel is scheduled to open in 2021. The developer is KPMM Mauritius.
Signature Living hotels: Irish developer Lawrence Kenwright says his Signature Living brand could has as many as seven hotels in Northern Ireland, and up to four open in the next 18 months. Two have been announced.
