Le Méridien and AC Hotel Denver Downtown have welcomed Stan Iliev as dual general manager.
Iliev brings more than 15 years of experience with White Lodging, owner and operator of the hotels. His tenure with White Lodging began in 2011 when he served as assistant general manager and front desk manager at Hilton Garden Inn, Chicago Midway. He has since held general manager roles at five White Lodging properties in Chicago, Valparaiso, Louisville and Nashville, gaining extensive leadership experience across full- and select-service hotels within Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt portfolios.
Most recently, Iliev was the general manager of the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University. Before joining White Lodging, Iliev spent 10 years in the food and beverage industry.
“I am energized by the opportunity to build on the strong foundation already in place at Le Méridien and AC Hotel Denver Downtown,” said Iliev. “Leading two distinct brands under one roof is a unique and motivating responsibility. I look forward to advancing operational excellence, strengthening team development and bringing a fresh perspective to the Denver community while cultivating meaningful local relationships that support our continued growth.”
Le Méridien and AC Hotel Denver Downtown are located in the center of downtown Denver, one block from the Colorado Convention Center and near the Denver Performing Arts Complex, Larimer Square, Union Station and Coors Field.
