Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants will open a 210-room hotel in Fredericksburg, Texas, as part of a 22-acre mixed-use development called The Meuse. The hotel is expected to open in 2027.
Developed in partnership with Houston-based DC Partners, Kimpton Fredericksburg will be the brand’s fourth property in Texas. Merriman Anderson Architects and interior design studio Curioso are leading the design. The hotel will include a full-service restaurant and bar, poolside lounge, fitness center, café, and a 10,000-square-foot outdoor pool and deck. Rooms will feature standard Kimpton amenities.
The property will offer more than 18,500 square feet of flexible event space including meeting rooms, outdoor areas, an event barn, and a rooftop lounge.

The Meuse will also include more than 70,000 square feet of retail and dining space designed to connect with Fredericksburg’s Main Street.

The new hotel joins three other Kimpton properties in Texas, located in San Antonio and Fort Worth.
