Kastens Hotel Luisenhof joins BWH’s WorldHotels Luxury Collection

BWH Hotels has announced that Kastens Hotel Luisenhof, a five-star hotel in Hanover, Germany, has joined the WorldHotels Luxury Collection. With nearly 170 years of tradition, this marks the first German property to enter the BWH brand’s luxury portfolio, which spans 160 properties.

“We’re thrilled to be joining the WorldHotels Luxury collection,” says Marc Biewald, managing director since 2024. “This step is not only an honor but also a natural evolution of our legacy as a family-owned luxury hotel. Since the 19th century, we’ve been committed to genuine hospitality, strong values and uncompromising quality. Becoming part of the Luxury collection recognizes our journey of blending tradition with modern sophistication — personal service, timeless elegance and an unwavering focus on excellence, firmly rooted in Hanover and globally connected.”

Located in the center of Hanover, Kastens Hotel Luisenhof offers 149 rooms and suites, state-of-the-art meeting and event spaces for corporate and private occasions, a fitness center with panoramic city views and a sauna area with personal training and massage services available on request.

In addition, the hotel’s MARY’s Restaurant serves gourmet dishes, while Leo’s Bar offers international specialties, cocktails, drinks and snacks.

Founded by Heinrich Kasten in 1856, the hotel quickly became a social hub in Hanover and has operated under its current name since 1952. Recognized as a trade fair hotel, Kastens Hotel Luisenhof serves exhibitors, delegates and business travelers attending events at Messe Hannover, combining comfort, convenience and premium service.
