JW Marriott Nashville appoints new GM

JW Marriott Nashville has appointed Natasha Casillo as general manager, who brings more than 20 years of global hospitality leadership experience.

Casillo began her career at the Boston Marriott Cambridge, advancing through leadership roles at Boston Marriott Copley Place. She later served as director of rooms at Hotel Commonwealth Boston, overseeing the property’s $55 million expansion.

Following seven years at Hotel Commonwealth, Casillo broadened her luxury service experience as premium team lead at British Airways, managing VIP and premium travel experiences, before returning to the hotel industry at InterContinental Boston, where she spent three years in senior leadership roles.

In 2017, Natasha joined Turnberry Associates, leading the pre-opening and ongoing operations of Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown/North Station as general manager.

“We are thrilled to welcome Natasha to JW Marriott Nashville,” said Mary Rogers, EVP of Hospitality Operations at Turnberry, owner and operator of JW Marriott in Nashville. “Her proven leadership, operational excellence, and experience with complex, high-profile hotels make her an ideal fit for our team and for this iconic property.”

Located in the heart of downtown Nashville and adjacent to Music City Center, JW Marriott Nashville is within walking distance of Bridgestone Arena, Lower Broadway, Nissan Stadium and The Gulch.
