Aman Group has announced Janu Turks and Caicos, which will be the first property under the group’s lifestyle brand in the Americas. The hotel and residence development is located on the northwest coast of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos, within an 18,000-acre nature reserve bordering Northwest Point Marine National Park.
Currently under construction, the property will include a hotel and a limited number of branded residences. According to the announcement, it is “created for a new era of restorative travel” and aims to immerse guests in the natural surroundings.
“Turks and Caicos is an unrivalled destination in the Caribbean and as part of our strategic vision for Janu, it will be the first home for the brand in the Americas. A location that perfectly embodies Janu’s commitment to creating dynamic lifestyle experiences and fostering genuine connection, the property will be a place to immerse in the vibrant energy of the destination while enjoying Janu’s visionary luxury hospitality which redefines purposeful travel,” said Vlad Doronin, chairman and CEO of Aman Group.

The development will feature several culinary concepts, a beach club, and a 164-foot swimming pool. The Spa and Wellness Centre will include an IV Lounge, Meditation Studio and Apothecary Bar. Janu Turks and Caicos will also offer residences designed for indoor-outdoor living, most located directly on the beach and surrounded by a jungle landscape.
The Janu brand, which means soul in Sanskrit, focuses on guest interaction, scheduled activities and group wellness. The company said wellness will be part of the resort’s programming.
This is the fifth announced location under the Janu brand, following Janu Tokyo. Other projects include Janu Dubai, Janu Diriyah and Janu AlUla. More information on Janu Turks and Caicos will be released later.
