IHG Hotels & Resorts has added four properties across the UK through new signings and openings with Fairview Hotels. The hotels include voco London – Bloomsbury, Garner Hotel Lincoln, Garner Hotel Rotherham East and Garner Hotel Chesterfield North. Together, the properties add more than 380 rooms to IHG’s UK and Ireland pipeline.
The agreements expand IHG’s presence in its largest European market and increase the company’s portfolio of open and pipeline hotels across the UK and Ireland to more than 400 properties. The additions strengthen IHG’s presence across its premium and midscale segments.

voco London – Bloomsbury becomes part of the UK and Ireland voco portfolio, which includes 21 open and five pipeline hotels. The hotel is located on Southampton Row, close to Kimpton Fitzroy London and Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury. The 114-room property will remain open during its transition and is expected to operate under the voco brand in mid-2026. Since launching in 2018, voco has reached 100 open hotels globally.
Three additional properties will operate under the Garner brand. The 91-room Garner Hotel Rotherham East opened in January 2025 and is located in Bramley near Junction 1 of the M18. Garner Hotel Lincoln is scheduled to open in February 2026 and will be located in North Hykeham, southwest of Lincoln, with access to the A46 and proximity to Lincoln Central Station. Garner Hotel Chesterfield North will also open in February 2026, located in Balborough near Junction 30 of the M1.
