The Palmer House Hilton in Chicago will host its 25th Annual TubaChristmas spectacular December 21 in its Grand and State Ballroom.
The event features performances from 400 tuba players, and was created in honor of music professor Harvey Phillips.
This year, guests can enjoy holiday music while benefiting a charitable cause. The Palmer House partnered with the Greater Chicago Food Depository for its “1 City, 1 Food Drive Campaign,” a citywide food drive that started at Thanksgiving. Visitors can attend the TubaChristmas for free with the donation of a non-perishable food item.
“TubaChristmas is one of the most beloved events at the Palmer House, and we look forward to celebrating the annual event in conjunction with Greater Chicago Food Depository to help those in need this holiday season,” said Palmer House General Manager Dean Lane.
