Hotel Equities, Maximum Hospitality announce alliance

Hotel Equities has entered into a strategic alliance with hotel operator, developer and investment company, Maximum Hospitality. As part of this partnership, Alpharetta, Ga.-based Hotel Equities will offer operational resources and oversight for Maximum’s hotel portfolio, marking a major milestone for the two organizations.

The collaboration will also help Hotel Equities grow its footprint.

The partnership will leverage the resources and expertise of Hotel Equities and Maximum to boost operational excellence, guest satisfaction and financial performance across their portfolio.

Hotel Indigo Columbus at Columbus, Ind. is part of Maximum Hospitality’s portfolio.

The partnership will be a major advantage for the partners by emphasizing hiring and retaining employees by providing access to Hotel Equities’ exclusive talent acquisition and career development along with upgraded benefits for partners and associates.

Maximum’s associates will be able to benefit from Hotel Equities’ programs, like sabbatical program, daily pay option, HE Marketplace and peer management training initiatives.

The alliance will help Maximum empower its portfolio to reach new heights of operational efficiency and excellence, company’s President Dan McEwan said.

Hotel Equities’ technology, operational systems and talent will be integrated with Maximum’s portfolio of hotels, which can take advantage of operational efficiencies, personalized guest experiences and increased revenue opportunities. Hotel Equities’ intelligence tools will be able to help Maximum with data-driven analytics and insights.

An affiliate of 33 Degrees, Hotel Equities’ portfolio includes 300 hotels and resorts across the U.S. and Canada.
