Hot Openings: Swanky redesign unveiled for London hotel

The Radisson Edwardian Mercer Street in London, formerly the Radisson Edwardian Mountbatten, has undergone a US$24 million redesign and rebranding that includes new suites and a destination restaurant.

The 137-key boutique hotel, located in the eclectic Seven Dials neighborhood — also known as London’s Hidden Village — features eight new suites with neighborhood views and Apple TVs in all rooms, allowing connections with iPods, iPhones and iPads. The new Dial Restaurant & Bar serves a Moorish mezze-style menu using local British produce, while six conference rooms offer natural daylight as well as the latest presentation technology.

Rates for The Radisson Edwardian Mercer Street start at approximately US$281 per night, based on double occupancy, excluding tax and breakfast.
