Nhow Rotterdam opens this month, with an official opening due in March. The property is Nhow’s third, joining existing hotels in Milan and Berlin.
NH Hotel Group owns the Nhow brand; each property is designed around a central theme. Nhow Rotterdam’s theme is art and architecture.
The 23-story hotel is located in the De Rotterdam building, which Nhow says is the largest building in Europe. Rem Koolhaas and OMA architecture studio designed the property, which includes video installations, contemporary pieces from local artists, and a décor of concrete and metal with gold-colored accents.

The 278 guestrooms and suites include “Lazy Bastard” chairs by Montis. Some guestrooms offer sunrise or sunset views of the city; the Horizon Suite occupies a corner of the building overlooking the city and port.
Bar | Kitchen serves a menu of international shared plates. The bar, meanwhile, offers a selection of beers, wines, and cocktails, with DJs on weekends.
Additional amenities include nine meeting rooms and a rooftop terrace overlooking the river Maas.
