Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center, which bills itself as the city’s largest hotel, opened January 6.
The 829-key hotel occupies a 34-story building. London-based GA Design created the property’s look.

Some 129,000 sq ft (12,000 sq m) of event space at the property includes what Hilton says is the largest pillar-free ballroom in the city; the hotel can serve 6,350 guests at a time. Additional MICE amenities include digital check-in screens and outdoor terraces.
Hilton Istanbul Bomonti also includes the country’s first Eforea spa, which occupies some 35,520 sq ft (3,300 sq m) and offers 14 treatment rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a gym with a studio.
On the hotel’s top floor, Cloud 34 will have a menu of small plates and beverages; the space overlooks Istanbul and the Bosphorus. Executive Chef Yannis Manikis presides over The Globe, which offers local and international cuisines with live cooking stations specializing in Turkish, Western grill, sushi and Thai cuisines. Turkish coffee, other beverages and snacks will be available in the Grand Lobby.
