Langham Hospitality Group’s rebranding of its 42-story Hong Kong flagship to it new upscale Cordis brand continues to roll out with global hospitality design firm The Gettys Group, Hong Kong, showing off some of its rebranded rooms and public spaces in the Mongkok district.
The hotel has 16 meeting rooms, and indoor and outdoor spaces for events; a full-service spa; four restaurants, bars and lounges; and a private lounge on the 36th floor.

In addition, Cordis features more than 1,500 works of contemporary Chinese art, with an estimated value of US$4.5 million.
The concierge desk includes touchscreen panels that provide information on local tourism options to guests. A library area in the lobby has a communal table for guests to plug in a work or charge their devices.

The hotel’s 664 rooms are equipped with marble bathrooms and smartphones on which guests can make unlimited local and international calls to Australia, China, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States.
The guestrooms have a refreshed color palette, refurbished soft furnishings and new window treatments that offer striking city views.
