Oceana Santa Monica, part of Hilton’s LXR Hotels & Resorts brand, has announced the appointment of Michelle Hacker as general manager of its upcoming French brasserie La Monique, slated to open on October 11th.
With nearly a decade of hospitality experience, Hacker joins the team at Oceana Santa Monica from the Los Angeles-based The h.wood Group, where she oversaw operations as general manager, developed training programs, elevated service standards and drove profitability through strategic financial and operational oversight.
