Hilton Worldwide relaunches website aimed at hotel developers

MCLEAN, VIRGINIA Hilton Worldwide announces a new initiative designed to bolster its management arm, relaunching a website aimed at hotel owners and developers that offers in-depth information about Hilton Management Services.

“In one of the most challenging years on record, Hilton-managed properties delivered a RevPAR premium of 117%, and we reduced costs by 30% through permanent cost-control programs and best practices,” says Tim Benolken, Hilton’s senior vice president of operations for western North America. “Our use of innovative programs, such as LightStay, also saved our hotel owners more than US$29 million in utility costs alone in 2009.”

The newly redesigned Hilton Management Services website features a video overview and information about its food and beverage services, its engineering expertise, meetings and events management, ecommerce and hotel revenue support, among other topics.

Hilton Management Services owns, leases or manages more than 340 properties in the Americas, with more than 55,000 team members across all industry segments. The portfolio includes Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Doubletree, Embassy Suites Hotels, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Hotels, Homewood Suites by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton.

“We manage some of the world’s finest hotels including full-service and luxury brands such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, along with focused-service brands including Hampton and Homewood Suites,” says Joe Berger, Hilton’s area president for the Americas. “As good as technology has become, Hilton Worldwide’s dedicated team members still have the experience and depth of knowledge to deliver hotel owners a strong bottom line while providing a guest experience that’s second to none.”

The relaunched website is www.hiltonmanagementservices.com.
