Hilton is set to more than quadruple its footprint in Saudi Arabia as the country looks to establish itself as a global leader in international travel and tourism. Hilton plans to open more than 50 new hotels under 10 of its brands. This will make Saudi Arabia Hilton’s biggest pipeline market in the EMEA region.
Hilton has grown its presence in Saudi Arabia in recent years and aims to increase its portfolio to over 75 properties in the country.
Some of the latest signings include Conrad Hotels & Resorts’ entry into Riyadh with the Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley, which is expected to open in 2025. The company is also looking to establish itself in the secondary cities and has signed properties in Abha — Hilton The Point Residences and Canopy by Hilton The Point). Both hotels will open in 2026.

Hilton currently operates 16 hotels across the country.
The latest signings in Saudi Arabia include:
- Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley- Developed in partnership with Masharaq Investment, this will be the second Conrad-branded hotel in Saudi Arabia. The hotel will have 170 rooms and is scheduled to open in 2025, opposite Riyadh’s diplomatic quarter in Laysen Valley.
- Hilton The Point Residences and Canopy by Hilton The Point- Located in Abha, these two properties were signed with Real Estate Development Fund Company, a fund constituting unit-holders from SEDCO and the Tourism Development Fund and managed by Saudi Fransi Capital. Scheduled to open in 2026, the property will have a total of 250 rooms, suites and residences with shared amenities, like an indoor pool, fitness center, spa, several dining venues and a kid’s pool and kid’s club. The two properties are adjacent to a mixed-use development near the Abha International Airport.
- Canopy by Hilton Porta Jeddah- Slated to open in 2028, the hotel will offer 183 rooms and 55 residences, along with dining outlets, a fitness center, an outdoor pool and around 300 square meters of meeting space. The property will also feature Canopy Central, a leisure and retail space.

Other signings include:
- Waldorf Astoria Riyadh Diriyah- Located in Diriyah, the 200-room hotel will open in 2028.
- Wadi Hanifah, LXR Hotels & Resorts- Slated to open in 2026, the hotel will have 80 rooms and villas.
- Canopy by Hilton Al Khobar Ajdan Waterfront- The 120-room hotel will open in 2026 and is located on the corniche adjacent to Boulevard Ajdan.
- DoubleTree by Hilton Jeddah Al Andalus Mall- Attached to the Jeddah Al Andalus Mall, the 164-room hotel will open in 2024.
- DoubleTree by Hilton Jeddah Al Marwah- The hotel will offer 178 rooms and will be located close to the King Abdulaziz International Airport.
- Hampton by Hilton NEOM Community- The 201-room hotel will open later this year.
- Hampton by Hilton Hafr al-Batin- Set to open in 2026, the hotel will have 150 rooms.
