NEW YORK CITY Hilton Hotels & Resorts is reflagging the year-old Fashion 26 Hotel as Hilton New York Fashion District. The boutique-style hotel marks the brand’s fifth hotel in New York City.
The 280-key property opened last April under the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts flag. Located on West 26th Street just off Seventh Avenue, where the Fashion District meets Chelsea, the property features designs by Glen Coben.

Upon arrival, visitors pass through a landscaped driveway with a fountain that leads to the sleek glass and brick hotel tower and lobby embellished with artwork and photography that nods to the history of the garment industry. Fabrics, furnishings and a soft color palette soothe, while the lobby floor patterns resemble the weaves of traditional garments. The hotel’s emphasis on fashion art extends to regular exhibitions of works from renowned artists, as well as a commitment to supporting the careers of emerging talents.
Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Rare Bar and Grill, the hotel’s upscale burger concept that features several gourmet hamburgers, poultry, fish, hearty salads, artisanal cheeses and a fried Oreo ice cream dessert. Rare View is the hotel’s rooftop bar and lounge set above the 22nd floor that provides views of Manhattan’s iconic skyline and the Empire State Building. Hilton New York Fashion District is the only Hilton-branded property in New York City to feature a rooftop bar.
Additional guest amenities include fashion-themed welcome cupcakes presented to guests upon check-in, 24-hour room service, a business center and a fitness center.
