MCLEAN, VIRGINIA Hilton Worldwide will offer complimentary high-speed Internet access to all Gold and Diamond Hilton HHonors members beginning September 1 across the company’s portfolio of brands.
“There is tremendous guest demand for high-speed Internet access today—specifically, business travelers rank quality, high-speed Internet access as one of the most important guestroom attributes,” says Jeff Diskin, Hilton’s senior vice president of global customer marketing. “By giving complimentary Internet access to our Hilton HHonors Gold and Diamond members globally, we will meet our guests’ evolving demands.”
HHonors boasts more than 26 million members, of which more than 1 million have joined this year. HHonors members typically generate 40% of Hilton’s business each year, the company says.
