TPG Hotels & Resorts has expanded its managed portfolio with the addition of Hilton Garden Inn Tampa East/Brandon.
The 152-room property recently completed a $5.5-million renovation. Updates include refreshed guestrooms, public areas and amenities designed to enhance the guest experience. The hotel now features a heated outdoor pool, a fitness center and a 24-hour business center. For events, it offers three meeting rooms totaling more than 3,800 square feet, accommodating both corporate functions and social gatherings.
Guests have access to on-site dining at Garden Grille & Bar, which serves freshly prepared breakfast and dinner, with cocktails available in the evening. For convenience, the hotel also includes The Shop, a 24-hour grab-and-go market offering snacks and beverages.
