Golden Tulip launches updates to Goldres reservation system

PARIS Golden Tulip Hotel Group has launched its next-generation central reservations and distribution platform, known as Goldres3.

The scalable latest incarnation of Goldres features single-screen inventory and rate updating, with drill-down functionality and sophisticated filtering sell rules that enable 14 real-time yielding possibilities. It has mass updating functionality to simplify bulk update processes, and its intuitive web-based layout includes preview screens to assist with online presentation.

“Nowadays, to have a website and to get connected online is simple. However, what really matters is how we can engage with our guests and have full control of how we distribute our products to the market,” says Pierre Frederic Roulot, president of Groupe du Louvre hotels. “We take pride in offering our hotels sustainable growth of their business through sophisticated distribution solutions.”

The Goldres Central Reservations System connects all member hotels to the vast network of distribution channels, including Golden Tulip’s collection of brand websites, international call centers, all major global distribution systems and third-party online partners. It also offers a full spectrum of distribution related services, including an RFP management tool, a commission processing system and a web-based channel management tool.

Goldres boasts an uptime of 100% during the past 2 years.
